The BM-1400 is a mid-range automatic EPS block molding machine that steam-fuses pre-expanded beads into large foam blocks for cutting into sheets and panels. It produces blocks up to 1,400 x 800 x 400 mm with 5-7 minute cycle times, adjustable density from 8-30 kg/m3, and energy-efficient steam distribution. Ideal for medium-scale manufacturers of construction insulation boards, packaging materials, and geofoam blocks.
