PE-900 Batch Pre-Expander
An EPS batch pre-expander is a machine that uses steam to expand raw polystyrene beads to a target density for foam manufacturing. The PE-900 features a 900mm barrel diameter, 300-400 kg/h capacity, and consumes only 50-60 kg of steam per batch with PLC automatic control. It is designed for small to medium EPS factories producing insulation boards, packaging materials, and lightweight construction components.
