The PE-1400 is a mid-range industrial EPS pre-expander that heats and expands polystyrene beads in controlled batches for foam product manufacturing. It delivers up to 900 kg/h throughput with a 1,400mm double-layer insulated barrel, energy-efficient steam recycling, and remote monitoring capability. Best suited for medium to large EPS factories producing high-volume insulation panels, packaging, and construction materials.
