The PE-1600 is a high-capacity batch pre-expander for large-scale EPS production. With a 1,600mm barrel and output of 1,000-1,300 kg/h, it is designed for demanding production environments. Multi-zone steam injection ensures uniform bead expansion across the entire batch.
