VS-300 Vacuum Conveying System
A vacuum conveying system is pneumatic equipment that transports expanded EPS beads through pipes using negative air pressure, connecting different stages of a foam production line. The VS-300 conveys 300 m3/h of beads up to 50 meters with less than 0.5% bead breakage, dual-stage filtration, and automatic blockage detection at 11 kW power. Essential for any EPS production line connecting pre-expanders to storage silos and silos to block or shape molding machines.
