EPS Standard Raw Beads
EPS standard raw beads are unexpanded polystyrene granules containing pentane blowing agent, used as the primary feedstock in EPS foam manufacturing. Available in 0.3-2.0mm bead sizes with 40-80x expansion ratio, 5-7% pentane content, and packaged in 25 kg bags or 750 kg bulk bags with 3-6 month shelf life. Suitable for manufacturers of insulation boards, packaging materials, construction void fill, and general-purpose EPS products.
